If we got it wrong, we make it right, and you do not have to send anything back to prove it.

Misprinted, damaged or faulty

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo. You choose a free reprint or a full refund, shipping included.

Changed your mind, or the wrong size

Each piece is made for you, so we cannot take back something that is right but unwanted. That is why the size page is so exact: lay a shirt you love flat, measure it, and match it.

Cancelling

Someone here reads every order before it is made. Write to us before that happens and we cancel it and refund in full.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
